The hotel had a beautiful view of the lake and was in a quiet area away from the city hustle and bustle. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the private beach area and the fact that the hotel offered a pool and sauna. the experience was great value for money.

The hotel's facilities were quite dated and could use some maintenance. We also noticed some litter on the grounds, which took away from the otherwise beautiful scenery.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with amazing views. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay. The hotel is well located but is out of the town. The bus service is good though so if you don't have a car, it's easy to get to Bariloche town centre.

The location is very good and the surroundings are beautiful. You can walk from inside the hotel to the lake and the view to the lake and mountains is wonderful! The personnel has always ben very kind. Breakfast was also good and the rooms are big and spacious.

The hotel needs more maintenance. Some parts as the swimming pool are quite old and not taken care of. In my opinion to be a 4 star hotel some things need to be renewed.

The location is amazing, right on the lakeside and close to the town center. Hotel facilities are clean and modern. The breakfast had a good choice of pastries and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location on the lake is absolutely stunning. We could sit for hours on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always friendly and eager to help. We received great advice and recommendations from them. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious cakes, pastries and drinks. we had a wonderful experience here.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the town with great lakeside views. the vintage decor lent a cozy feel and the private beach was a wonderful bonus. We loved the large wardrobe in the spacious room that came with a beautiful view. the indoor pool and game rooms were perfect for a fun evening in. Service was impeccable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

Although there's nothing negative to say about the hotel, it's not the cheapest option around.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to the lake and a short taxi ride to the town center. It was also nice to have an indoor pool and lounge area to relax in. The New Year's Eve celebration was lively and fun, with a great DJ and dance floor.

The rooms were not as clean as we had hoped, with some areas needing attention. It was also disappointing that the room did not have any views of the lake or mountains.
